One word of caution because many scams are going around never accept a loan through the mail no matter how good it may seem especially if it's out of the country. many companies are praying on low or poor credit people with bank mortgage scams and taking them for thousands of dollars. if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

With such a profit margin on bank mortgages you will have this and it's something you have to be on the lookout for. Most banks are legit and this doesn't happen often, but it does. So, watch out for these people as they seem to be more common today than ever before. If you have to always check someone's references you are dealing with if you have any questions. If they are legitimate they won't mind giving you proof.
